Agriturismo Palazzo Val Del Sasso

Le lieu est une merveille absolue à l'écart du monde. Une ancienne ferme en brique datant de trois ou quatre siècles, nichée dans un superbe parc paysagé planté de cyprès et d'oliviers. Notre appartement était grand, confortable et disposait d'une climatisation centrale. Les points forts : La magnifique piscine et la pergola équipée d'un barbecue à gaz, le calme, la beauté incomparable des lieux. Samira, qui est en charge de la gestion des lieux, est une personne absolument charmante, toujours souriante, à l'écoute et prête à rendre service.

La climatisation centrale, installée dans la grande pièce de séjour ne suffisait pas à rafraîchir l'ensemble du vaste appartement que nous occupions (le plus grand de la propriété, avec deux chambres et environ 115 m2). Des ventilateurs sont à disposition. Les oreillers n'étaient pas extraordinaires et la cuisine aurait pu disposer de quelques équipements supplémentaires (bols par exemple)... Globalement, nous n'avons manqué de rien.

Location tranquilla , pulita , silenziosa , tanto verde (ben curato) e piscina fantastica, per che vuole un posto dove rilassarsi e stare in pace con la natura, il tutto vicino a borghi e paesi dove poter andare la sera a cena e fare delle passeggiate .

The villa itself is stunning, set against a picturesque background of rolling Umbrian fields and lush greenery. However, despite the beautiful building and surroundings, our stay was marred by several shortcomings, leaving us feeling that its huge potential is currently wasted. The lady who handled our check-in and check-out was very pleasant and welcoming. Overall, it is a lovely location with massive potential, but it needs significant operational improvements to offer a comfortable stay.

The air conditioning unit couldn't cool even the living room where it was located, let alone the bedrooms, making sleep almost impossible in temperatures exceeding 30°C. In the bathroom, shower water pressure was practically non-existent, turning a simple task like rinsing hair into a real struggle. The kitchen was well-equipped, but the refrigerator barely worked, forcing us to throw away most of our dairy and meat by the second day. On top of that, the kitchen was overrun with an enormous number of ants; even though we were located on the upper floor and kept all our food strictly sealed in containers, they were everywhere. Outside, the pool area offered sunbeds but no umbrellas, which made staying by the water unpleasent in the heat. Furthermore, there were no clear pool rules posted anywhere, causing confusion and a noticeable difference in how Italian guests and international visitors were treated regarding pool use. A simple sign with clear rules for everyone would solve this issue.
