The property is amazing, but come during main season to enjoy the full experience

Property is beautiful and there is so much to do without leaving. The produce is outstanding and breakfast was a highlight. We loved seeing all the animals.

There were so many flies and we were really excited for dinners and cooking classes, but due to Olive harvest and not being there on a weekend we couldn't enjoy those. So we had to travel to a small village daily for food.

Our children had an absolute blast with the animals and nature, and Jennifer and Stefano were simply outstanding. The pasta workshop was both delightful and immensely enjoyable. And finally, the food was truly wonderful.

Fun and relaxing for the whole family

Comfortable apartment and beds. Farm animals to visit and the sandbox made my three year old super happy. The staff was extremely nice and welcoming. The dinners were excellent. We will need to come back in the summer when the pool is open.

Very relaxing and enjoyable stay for our family.

Stefano greeted us on arrival. He walked us to our apartment and gave us a tour of the farm. We were also greeted by a couple of dogs and a kitten or two which our two grandchildren were thrilled with. We arrived midweek and were the only guests there so we had the pool and all to ourselves. Stefano cooked wonderful breakfasts with fresh eggs from the hens there. He also cooked us a wonderful dinner of fresh pasta and lamb. On his suggestion we visited Orvieto which was a fun half day trip. He also suggested a restaurant in Ficulle which we also tried and had a very nice dinner.

Possibly could have provided some playing cards and newer games in the apartment. Although our children spent most of the time in the pool - they would have used the outdoor play equipment if it was in better shape. Most of it was not in working order. Also, we were not shown the sauna - so we would have enjoyed using that if we had known about it.

great choose for families with children

The apartment is very spacious, suitable for families and children. The garden is amazing and has a lot of activities for children. The atmosphere is rural and the experience is that of being perfect in nature.

The apartment is not fully equipped so you should bring shampoo, tea, coffee with you. WiFi didn't work properly for us. The sheets could have been cleaner.

Nice place in Umbria Hills.

Our house was big and spacious, with a full equipped kitchen. Nice pool. The staff was very nice and always tried to help. It really feels like you are in the middle of a forest, good place to take a brake from everyday running. OK breakfast.

Poor WiFi. They had a problem with the hot water in our accommodation. We stayed for 4 nights, and every night we had to go and complain about it and then they fixed it.

Per chi vuole staccare dalla vita stressante ed ama la natura e gli animali.

Colazione variegata con ottimi prodotti. Il nostro appartamento era ampio e con tutti i comfort. Ideale per chi vuole stare vicino agli animali ed immersi nella natura. I proprietari molto gentili e disponibili anche a dare informazioni sulle attività fuori della struttura.

Direi nulla a parte il gallo che canta poco dopo le quattro 😄
