La ubicación y la limpieza
El primer día había un olor muy fuerte a pintura, algunos detalles con desperfectos en uno de los baños y la cubertería que era escasa.

Tolle Lage, sehr saubere Wohnung und sehr gemütliche Betten.
Das vordere Schlafzimmer durch Lärmbelästigung von draußen unangenehm. Das hintere Schlafzimmer durch Lärmbelästigung von den Nachbarn oben / seitlich und unterem Lokal auch unangenehm. Der Zugang ins Gebäude und in die Wohnung wird durch ein merkwürdiges online System gemacht (mit App online), die bei uns die ersten zwei Tage nicht funktioniert hat obwohl wir den Kundenservice mehrmals angerufen haben. Am zweiten Tag wurde uns dann erklärt wie es eigentlich funktionieren sollte. Die ersten beiden Tage hatten wir ja Glück, es gab viele Personen die rein und raus gingen sodass wir reingekommen sind. Ziemlich blöd. Dadurch war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für uns auch weg!
