Hidden gem near the city centre

It is very cozy and spacious for a family of four, very close to the city centre, you don't need to drive or take the bus. They have everything you need, and more. Our host was very kind and helpful. We would definitely like to come back again.

Excellent location, very close to city centre, beautiful old neighborhood, beautiful building, very comfortable apartment, responsive and kind hosts always available for any information needed

The apartment was in the basement, which was a bit tricky for us because of the baby strollers

Very pleasant experience

Nice, cozy, modern apartment. We got all the necessary explanations how to get in. We parked nearby, hosts even paid for our next morning parking on the street. We forgot some items there and they sent us the package.

For a longer stay you would need more utensils bigger table and a tablecloth. But for for a short stay it's completely enough!

Very bad experience

Very Bad experience. We arrived at the address, no one greeted us, the woman whose apartment it is by the way sends a message half an hour before entering the apartment with details of where the accommodation is and instructions on where and how to find the key. We didn't have internet at that time, and there was a big problem. We had to look for a wf with the children and call the lady so that she could explain to us how to find the key to the apartment. In the end, she blamed us for not having internet, because otherwise she always informs the guests half an hour before entering with instructions on how to get inside. The apartment is in the basement, full of humidity, the tram passes right under the window. Very bad experience.

Everything was great, big recommendation 😍

The apparyemnt is beautiful and cosy, very well decorated. The location is 10 minutes by foot from from the city center. Ig we visit Timisoara in the future, we find our hosts 🥰

-Posizione eccellente, in un quartiere tranquillo e a pochi passi dal centro storico -Massima disponibilità e gentilezza da parte dello staff -Appartamento curato e con tutto il necessario

-Purtroppo la posizione dell'appartamento in un seminterrato si nota una volta all'interno, principalmente per via dell'odore che può risultare fastidioso. Quindi va tenuto in conto questo fattore al momento della prenotazione

Cazare în clădire istorică

Aproape de centru, cu parcare gratuită, bun pentru o escală de o noapte și chiar pentru o ședere mai lungă. Instrucțiuni clare de check-in, frumos amenajat. Nu se aude tare tramvaiul, doar un pic mai deosebit fiind la demisol. Clădirea istorică în care se află apartamentul este foarte frumos renovată în stilul Art Nouveau, predominant în centrul Timișoarei.

A fost o problemă de curățenie în baie, zona dușului, am adresat-o și s-a rezolvat pentru clienții următori.

Am apreciat în mod deosebit comunicarea excelentă cu gazda. Am vazut ca este mereu atentă și promptă în a răspunde și a găsi soluții pentru orice situație semnalată de oaspeți. Este evidentă grija constantă pentru confortul celor care aleg această locație. A sugerat locatii inedite apropiate care sa ofere experiente culinare si degustari deosebite. Spațiul este amenajat cu multă ingeniozitate și creativitate, fiind atât funcțional, cât și plăcut, cu o poziționare foarte bună – aproape de centru și la câțiva pași de stații de tramvai, ceea ce facilitează vizitarea orașului. Parcare gratuita pe strada eset un mare bonus. Așa cum au mai menționat și alți oaspeți, există unele elemente specifice acestui tip de spațiu, însă acestea sunt bine gestionate și compensate prin atenția la detalii și prin confortul general al apartamentului.

Ne-a facut o mare placere sa stam aici, locatia este intr-adevar excelenta

Este amplasat intr-o zonă liniștită, geamurile sunt izolate fonic, chiar dacă noaptea se mai aud in surdină zgomotul trecerii mașinilor sau tramvaielor te poti odihnii confortabil, există un dormitor spatios si liniștit şi un pat confortabil. Am avut tot ce mi-a trebuit să locuim 2 persoane. Personalul foarte prietenos si mereu atent. Au avut grija sa nu ne lipseasca cafeaua si mici atentii. Sunt magazine în apropiere de unde poți să-ți faci aprovizionările necesare. Chiar dacă este situat la demisol inalt, iti da o senzatie de incapatror si foarte primitor. Parcarea gratuita cu supraveghere video si pozitionarea la 4-5 min de centru sunt doua aspecte foarte importante. Mulțumesc a fost extraordinar vom reveni

Super curat și ne-am simțit exact ca la noi acasă ☺️

Nu am nimik de obiectat , am avut tot confortul și domnul proprietar foarte amabil și înțelegător.
