I honestly don’t understand why this property has negative reviews. The apartment is modern, beautifully designed, and has a very well-equipped kitchen. It comes with air conditioning, air purifiers, an Xbox, a TV, and everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The apartment is spacious and easily accommodates three or four people. The only thing worth mentioning is that it is located on the basement level, which isn’t clearly stated in the listing. However, this wasn’t an issue at all. Once you’re inside, you don’t feel like you’re in a basement, and it doesn’t affect the overall experience in any way. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the city center. The host was fantastic—communication was smooth, and arranging everything was quick and easy. We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Timișoara.

Perfect location, free parking in front of the building, quiet and and peacfull environment.

Apartment is in the basement, with small windows which are on the level of pavement. Even with two dehumidifiers, there was a strong smell of humidity. Carpet wasnt too clean and had a lot of stains. Glasses and other dishes were only for 3 people, but we reserved for 4 people. I would not recommend it to more then 3 people.
