It is nice and the location is good
The kitchen is not really renovated, it looks old. The location is good, but the neighbors (when we stayed) were quite loud.

Great value for money. The location is amazing, if you need to be close to Iulius mall. In the description it says 5 minutes walk - it is actually across the street, so less than one minute walk and you are inside the mall and office buildings complex. For this price don't expect a 5 stars hotel - but it's very clean, great value for money compared to a hotel, and most importantly the host is super responsive via messages, should you require anything.
Everything was fine, for the price I paid. Zero complaints.
