Central Elegance Apartment

Location was very good, especially when bringing a dog. Apartment was lovely and spacious. Local park a few steps away and nice walk into town from there. Modern development nearby with lovely new park, coffee shop and carrefour express. Friendly people around.

I found a parking space right outside the house where the host said I could park and it would be free. I think I was lucky to get the space , it is very busy round there with people parking. I am not sure parking was really free and host did not engage when questioned about it.

We stayed at the property in December and overall had mixed impressions. The heating was excellent, which made our winter stay very comfortable. The apartment has a beautiful ambiance and a nicely designed interior, creating a pleasant atmosphere. There are plenty of parking options around the building, both paid and free, which is very convenient. Hot water was always available, and basic toiletries such as shampoo and bath products were provided. The host was very kind, friendly, and accommodating, always responsive and willing to help, which we truly appreciated.

There was no coffee pot (cezve) for making coffee, which was a small but noticeable inconvenience. The sofa bed in the living room is very uncomfortable and not suitable for a good night’s sleep. The biggest drawback was cleanliness — there was visible dust in several areas, and it did not feel like the apartment had been properly cleaned before our arrival. We also found some trash under the sink, which left a poor impression.

The apartment definitely was not prepared for customers. Bathroom was full of mold, the bedroom and living room walls full of killed mosquitoes and stains. It is a shame a new property looked like that.
