Not perfect but great value for money

Good location, clean apartments, efficient use of space, electrical heating worked, they offered everything we needed for living except for a clothes washing machine (only 3 of their apartments had that and were not available). The location is close to Iulius Mall and not that far from the center. The best part was that it was budget friendly, close to the center and offered free parking + free stay for pets.

- The apartments are made of containers and that's not a bad thing inherently, but they are not sound isolated well so you will hear neighbours talking or phones ringing even from their rooms not to mention circulation on the corridor. It's not because of particularly loud neighbours, it's just that you should just always mind the volume of everything you do and thread carefully in these conditions. Also the containers don't look great on the outside, there's a certain cheap feeling, but they had to cut costs from somewhere to offer this price... Anyway it could be improved. - About neighbours, some characters were looking a bit shady and some were smoking in their bathroom although it is prohibited.

Nothing the room was smaller than the pictures, and the beds were all dirty, cracked tiles in the bathroom, i was afraid to sleep, we had to buy towel to cover the beds and everything, the heathing was made with a ceramic heater we had to plug in, i dont recomend

Very impressive stay in Timisoara

Almost everything was perfect here, one of the best places ever I chose to stay at. Everything is communicated through the messages, pin for your lock where you can find your keys, etc. Facilities are in more than a good condition and you have so much space! The Internet is fast and works great. In front of the apartments you can park your car where it's fully safe. This is a quiet piece of the city so you can really enjoy it! I saw a coffee machine as well, so you can go for coffee whenever you want!

The location wasn't that great (you either need to walk for 20-25 minutes to the center, or you can take public transportation - the bus stop is near the apartments), but if you compare it to the price I paid, not sure if I should even complain about it 😁. TV is on the wrong wall, it should be placed in the part of an apartment where you go to sleep.

If necessary

It was clean, wich makes it ok for one night stay. Had a fridge, washing machine, TV and private parking.

The building is more of a container structure, the hallway to the room was unfortunate and it smelled funny, even tho the room had no funky smell, the walls in the room were a bit dirty, and there were many unfinished touches inside (cables coming from the wall, floor finishing pieces missing, etc.).

Easy to find, parking spaces inside the courtyard, clean apartments, kitchen cutlery and tableware for 3 persons. Good for 1 night stay.

Bad view from the windows (towards a fence), entrance door seemed like a living room door. The building is made of containers and it doesn’t look nice from the outside.

Superb

The room was clean and it had everything we needed, including a small kitchen with electric stove and fridge. The place also offers some parking spots which is nice.

A bit small, but for short stays it's ok. The AC was not in the bedroom, it was in the small living room so we had to sleep with the door open to have a good temperature in the bedroom.
