Cozy and welcoming, we only stayed for a short time, but we felt very well. All needed for a longer stay is provided.
Nothing, maybe for a longer stay would be strange to have the parking right outside, as it might be disturbing when cars come and go, because of the noise and the lights.

Price was affordable.
Enough parking slots.
The owner was friendly.
Not enough clean. I'd add 15€ a day for a better apartment.
Smelly in evening because of outside trash.
Slippers were used.
In the bathroom was dirt and smell.
Bed sheets were untrusting.
Very small towels.
There’s a smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway.
For 25-30 euros a day, is ok, but I will definetly not come next time.
