The Host was responsive and the apartment was in a great location and good for a 1 night stop during a road trip. The location is safe and within walking distance of the town center and great restaurants.

The apartment could have been a bit cleaner and we had an issue with the aircon remote control - we could not find it, it was badly needed as it was very hot. The host sent someone to help look for it and when they couldn't - they left. We did find it in the end - at the bottom of a draw. Not necessarily against the apartment, more against the booking.com policy to advise that you are allowed to bring a dog/animal, however charges may apply. Which is fair enough - but there is no mention of how much the charges may be. Which leaves the door open to be an used and abused opportunity to extract further funds at the host's discretion after you've committed to a booking. If you dont agree with the charges, there is no way to dispute them or cancel the booking if you find them too high / unfair.

I didnt like additional costs od 10 euros. While I was paying this was not visible and I found out when I already paid.

Location.

- Lockbox with keys was not operational, it had to be opened with a tool; - Apartments was very cold when we arrived although we have notified our hosts day before our departure, we even notified host couple of hours before our arrival and still nobody turned on the heating system which is supplying warm water as well; - hosts not very responsive; - building not very safe as it is under construction; - apartment was dusty.
