Super comfy, cosy, well appointed villa.

This was a great villa - perfectly suited to us as we were 2 families staying. It's large, comfy and very clean with great views across the town and to the mountains. Bathrooms are excellent and there are lots of great touches like a coffee making station. Our host was very accommodating and made sure that we were well settled. The location is excellent for the Black Lake, hiking and other activities in the area. I would recommend Vila Tea as a base for the region.

There was nothing we didn't like about the house. The area is currently being developed, so there were a few satnav errors which took us to the centre of a field, as roads and footpaths have moved. Not great in the dark when you end up walking through a field with a dead end on a building site! But that's just the nature of the area at the moment. Don't attempt to visit any of the local supermarkets on a Saturday evening - it is utter bedlam as they do not open on Sunday and the entire town seems to have a rush on buying essentials ahead of the closure. Wish we had known this!

Kuća je veoma lepa i ušuškana. Na odličnoj je lokaciji i imali smo sve što nam je neophodno. Kreveti su udobni, što nam je veoma bitno. Kupatilo je čisto, kao i ostatak kuće. Sigurno ćemo doći ponovo.

המיקום מצוין, בוילה יש מספר חדרים והספיק לנו לשתי משפחות. מטבח מאובזר, נוף מהמם

המים החמים נגמרים מהר ולא מספיקים למקלחות של שתי משפחות, צריך להמתין מזמן לזמן. המארחת הודיעה לנו ממש ברגע האחרון לפני שהגענו, ולא היתה לנו ברירה. חדר מקלחת אחד נמצא למטה בקומה התחתונה ולא למעלה, לא נוח למי שישן למעלה

Dle nabidky a fotografií v Booking jsme očekávali jinou kvalitu ubytování.

Lokalita, čistota, wifi, dostatek rucniku a toaletního papíru, parkovací misto, dispozice domu. Klidné misto. Vhodné pro rodinu s dětmi. Kavovar.

Nedostatečně vybavená kuchyně, pouze 1 hrnec, chyběl džbán na čaj, lednice nedovirala. Špatně řešená kuchyně, nedostačující pro rodinné vaření. Chybí myčka nábí. Známky výrazného opotřebení domu. Nedostatečná údržba. Chybělo zrcadlo v koupelně, vadné dveře sprchy, chybějící obklad v koupelně. Vadná elektroinstalace. Celkově špatné řemeslné provedení domu. Žádné skříně, pouze věšáky na oblečení. Postele a matrace značně opotřebené.
