Chic apartment with superb view of the eiffel tower

Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement de l'appartement, le parking privé et le balcon. De plus c'est un bel appartement, assez récent!

La literie de l'une des chambres qui est trop dure,nous avons eu mal au dos durant tout le séjour! Nous avons eu froid car le chauffage du séjour était en panne, durant tout le séjour! L'appartement est sous-equipé: j'ai dû acheter quelques ustensiles de cuisine car il manquait de tout!

Très bon établissement je recommande

Facilities: -WiFi worked well and was quick for us, we did only connect via phones no iPads or laptops. Location: -Location was really good, 5min train ride (RER D) to city centre Paris or you could use line 13 on the underground. -There is a small supermarket around the corner that you can get water, tea or snacks / meals if you needed them. Value for money: -Yes you get parking included (didn’t use it). -Though outside of main city, quick to get to.

Facilities: -The shower isn’t too powerful. -The kitchen is half equipped with what looks like mismatched utensils. -There was no kitchen bin, but a bin out in the balcony. -Balcony was quite spacious but probably needed a good clean. -The windows were awkward to open because you’d have to raise the full blind to open it and then couldn’t have any privacy. -There was a long list of things we can / need to do and if not comply deposit would not be returned like keeping noise down between certain hours (understandable), washing up and putting dishes out, putting the bin outside, and also making sure when we’re not in apartment making sure plug sockets are not being used? (Weird request). Made me anxious I might have left something plugged in so was going round every day and night checking twice / three times which for a holiday isn’t something you want. -The superb view of the Eiffel Tower isn’t quite as superb as I thought it would be, you only saw the top half of the Eiffel Tower and from quite a distance, and with all the cranes around didn’t make it ‘superb’. Comfortable: -The bedroom with the headboard, the headboard would move any time you moved on the bed not sure if it was attached. -The bed was quite firm and the pillows felt very like everyone has slept on them before. -There was a smell of either previous people smoking or perhaps no one living / airing out the properly that made me anxious my deposit would be deducted despite neither of us being smokers. -Think it would benefit from paint etc as there was wear and tear. Location: -There is construction work happening all around and so could hear it during the day if windows open Cleanness: -Think it deserves a deep clean as in corners there was dust. -The bathroom had this yellowish looking non slip inside the bath which was off putting.
