Amazing Property 20min from the center

The apartment is set up just like a home with everything you might need. It is a cool split level apartment that has been modernised and attractively decorated. There were many small touches to make things easy like supplies of laundry detergent and milk plus a nice touch of a box of chocolates. Beds are comfortable and there were fans to help keep cool. It is ideal for a family group with the two bathrooms. The building was very secure.

Our timing to stay in St Denis wasn't ideal. Just 6 days prior the area was a hot spot for riots and unrest. There were large numbers of armed police on the streets and the area felt unsafe later in the evenings. This meant we had to alter our plans each day to ensure we were inside and secure each evening before dark.

Je recommande cet établissement les yeux fermés. Maison spacieuse et propre et bien équipée. Idéalement situé, toutes les commodités sont a côté. Très proche de paris en 5 mn en train. James est très reactif et super sympathique.

Affreux séjour !

Les cafards dans la douche au sous sol, la literie molle, la poussière, l’énorme trou dans la douche au niveau 2, les serviettes de toilette en vrac et pas sèches au deuxième étage .. les moucherons dans la baignoire au sous sol et un trou dans le rideau la haut .. des mites ? Ah oui la maison est située près du métro elle est très mal isolée et surtout insalubre .. j’aurai du prendre des photos mais mon commentaire devrait suffire… ah non j’ai oublié le propriétaire qui ne répond pas lorsque je l’appelle car sa vidéo sur you tube ne correspond pas à la réalité, et qui ne rappelle surtout pas .. sans doute à t’il installé des caméras à l’intérieur il a vu que j’étais arrivée ..

Pranoko lūkesčius, absoliučiai rekomenduojame.

Nuostabūs apartamentai, labai dideli, atsigulus į lovą supratau kodėl tiek daug gerų atsiliepimų apie ją, nes patalynė nuostabiai jauki, po visos dienos kelionių buvo puiku išsimiegoti. Taip pat labai patogi svetainė ir išplanavimas - su draugais vieni kitiems netrukdėme, kas norėjo pavakaroti turėjo vietos, norintys miegoti galėjo ramiai ilsėtis. Lokacija irgi puiki, kelios minutės nuo viešojo transporto, taip pėstute galima pasivaiksčioti iki katedros, o nuo ten netoli ir autobusu stotis iš kurios išvažiuoja autobusas į oro uostą. Absoliučiai tobula lokacija (vertinant, kad tai užmiestis, nes geresnės lokacijos tik pačiame mieste, kur kainos bent 3 kartus didesnės) ir pati apgyvendinimo įstaiga.

Su numeriu viskas tobula, yra tik komentaras dėl netolimos lokacijos: einant iš stotelės (3 min nuo apgyvendinimo įstaigos) galima eiti per dvi puses, pasirinkus keliuką per parkelį vakarais ten tikras ratatoilų (žiurkiukų) vakarėlis vyksta :D nors draugams tai patiko, priėmė kaip atrakciją. Vertinant kad tai vienintelė vieta Paryžiuje kur matėme žiurkes ir per kitą pusę einant jų nėra - tai ne visai kaip minusas, o papildoma (ne visiems maloni) atrakcija.
