Great apartment in a nice and well located area, 4th floor with elevator. 10 minutes from the city center of Paris Chatelet Halls by Subway (RER D).
The flat has all the necessary equipment and facilities to accomodate 8 people in 3 bedrooms:
1 bedroom with double bed + 1 single bed
1 bedroom with double bed
1 bedroom with 4 single beds.

According to your request a cot and children's bed can be added.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable.
Sheets and towels are provided for all beds. It's newly remodeled with a well-equipped kitchen, dishwasher, induction cooktop with four-piece cooker, refrigerator, and washing machine). 2 Spacious bathroom with shower and heater.
Free wireless internet is included.
This is a non-smoking apartment.

Parking is available, in front of the building (11 €) per day, Weekend free.
RER station D (Stade de France) is nearby, 2 minutes walk, it gets you to the city center of châtelet the halls in 10 minutes, Paris Gare du Nord (5 minutes) and Gare de Lyon (15 minutes).
Also RER B line is nearby, 07 minutes walk away, it leads directly to the center of Paris in 10 minutes, to Charles-de-Gaulle airport 20 minutes, and to Orly airport 35 minutes.
The apartment is located in a very nice area and quiet neighborhood, with everything you need within walking distance to a small supermarket that's open from 7 am to 10pm.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment and would recommend. Fabulous location so close to several Metro stations allowing very quick travel into the city centre. Apartment was well-equipped and comfortable for a family of five. Mokke was an excellent host and the checking-in instructions were very helpful (including essential instructions regarding unlocking the front door).

My family and I booked this location to stay at while vacationing in Paris. I started looking for something very close and cost effective which I could not find.This property was still available and we booked it and we would do it again. It turned out to be a great location and very easy to get to by public transportation. We used Google Maps to plan out activities in and around Paris and had no issues getting where we were going very quickly. The apartment was well maintained and the host was very responsive and helpful when we asked any questions. There was great food, grocery shopping, parks and other places within walking distance. My family would stay there again if we come back to Paris in the future.

We had a very nice stay at Mokke's apartment. We had enough space for 5 and the kitchen was well equipped for what we needed. The apartment provided easy access to the RER and metro. We used the City Mapper app and easily navigated the city. The apartment does provide easy access to groceries and restaurants. Wouod stay here again

The accomodation is as described. There were only 3 of us so had plenty of room. Building work taking place outside didnt reslly affect us as we were up and out. Close to Rer D, so very handy. Clean and tidy venue.

Place was as described, clean and close to transit (7 minute walk), lots of space! Had issues with internet and tv didn’t work during stay, also hot water was not turned on, had to talk to host to get it turned on. Host did his best to fix the issue with TV but ended up not working during our stay.

There were 4 adults staying in the appartment, and we were very comfortable. The extra bathroom was really nice. The balcony had a view of thr Eiffel tower at night which was a wonderful suprise, and being so close to RER B and B, plus metro 14 was so convenient. My mom is in a wheelchair and the whole place was perfectly accessible. Elevator that works, no steps, and enough room inside to move around. Mokke was there to meet us and show us around which was nice. The only unfortunate part was the wifi wasnt working the whole week we were there, but he was working to get that fixed. If you need a place with accessability, and good proximity to transit, this is the place for you. Would definitely recommend.

This accommodation was a handy place to stay in Paris. It was convenient to the RER, which made transportation very easy. There is a Monoprix right around the corner for groceries, drinks, and prepared food. The space in the apartment is great and Mokke is an excellent and responsive host. Just watch out leaving the windows open at night. Those Parisian mosquitoes are bloodthirsty.

This apartment has lots of space. It’s accessible from several different metro and RER lines and has a corner store within 100m. Had to message host to get specific building address but then was greeted for a smooth check in. Had all necessary amenities for a stay in the city, including a view of the Eiffel Tower and Sacré Coeur. A lovely stay!

Clean, big apartment. Check in could have been more clear. There are multiple buildings, we had to reach out to get the correct apartment and building number. The key is difficult until you learn how to use it. The view of the tower is amazing!!! The beds are on the firm side for an American, but not rock hard. Beds are subjective and I like a softer memory foam mattress. These are spring. Kitchen is well stocked. Plenty of guide books and little extras. Good security. Nice access to the metro and close to restaurants and a store. Overall nice stay and I would recommend.

Mokke and Susanne were very friendly even though we only saw them upon check-in. my wife and I enjoyed our stay in Paris, and we were very comfortable in this apartment. From the balcony you can see the Eiffel Tower which is 5 miles away as the crow flies. It looks nice at night when the lights are all shining, and you can see the light from the top going around and shining on Paris. The train station is only about 500 yards away. Uber cars were always less than five minutes away. I suggest getting a taxi at the airport when you first come in, but suggest that you use Uber the rest of the time. Taxi drivers will take advantage of you whenever you are leaving any of the attractions. There is a washing machine available but no dryer. However, there are places in the bathroom, plus a portable stand where you can hang up your clothes to dry while you are in the city. I have Missionary colleagues in the country to whom I recommended this apartment for future reference regarding people coming in and out of the country through Paris. I thought the price was reasonable and the space was more than adequate. It is not luxurious if that’s what you’re looking for, but it is clean, nice, comfortable, and convenient to the train station. There is also a Monoprix grocery store about 80 yards from the apartment gate entrance which we found to be convenient. If you have children I recommend this apartment over others that I have seen. Great experience. Highly recommended.

The apartment was very clean and big enough to accommodate five adults. It was two minutes from a grocery store and five minutes from the RER D line. We were able to visit all of the Paris sights in less than 25 minutes on the D Line. The Host met us at checkin and provided a nice tour of the building. Michael R

We are a party of 6 (including one 22 month old) and stayed in Saint Denis for the 2023 semi-final matches as part of our European trip. Location was perfect for us. Park across the street for the baby and grocery store 1/2 block away for milk and other essentials. Train stop also there and simple ten minute walk to Stade de France. Apartment was clean and well appointed for our purposes. Great communication. Possible Olympic stop for us next year.

This apartment is clean and fully furnished. It is set up to accommodate adults with children, and can easily fit a family of 5-6 people. Easy access to public transportation, taking you into the heart of Paris in 20 min. A very comfortable and safe accommodation. Host was friendly and helpful.

We loved the flat. We didn't expect a view of the eiffel tower from the balcony, which was horgeous, and the kids were excited to see the playground right next door. It was seconds from the train station which made getting in and out easier but i would definitely download city mapper to find your way around the Paris trains. They are confusing. Mokke and his wife qere very nice and we would definitely stay here again.

Nice large apartment for 4 adults in a quiet area with only a 4 minute walk to the train station and two minute walk to a grocery store. Just outside of busy central Paris so it was a nice quiet place to come home to. Mokke was a welcoming host and met us there on arrival.

Nice secure property easy access to metro. Paris was true to reputation as a pickpocket concern. Had one of us get his cell phone stolen and stopped another separate attempt to steal my wallet. Paris is easy to get around enjoyed the city but with the events above we were ready to go to the Normandy area.

This property was clean, spacious and quiet. It was nice to be able to meet the property managers for check in. They were kind and welcoming and offered suggestions for our trip. They had a lot of extras, even coffee. I did end up buying laundry soap and sugar. We also bought some cooking supplies to make dinner at night. The only concern with the property was the handle on the front door. The bolt was stripped so there were times it would fall off as we tried to shut it. There was also a lock we could use from the inside, but it would take is several minutes to unlock it (maybe user error?) so I chose not to use it as it would be a safety issue if we needed to get of the apartment in a hurry. The cons were out of the property owners control, but something to be aware of if you were thinking of renting here. We stayed with plans to go into Paris each day. The train getting into the city from this stop is packed shoulder to shoulder at best. This is also not a tourist welcoming area so needless to say the train rides each day were uncomfortable. Walking through the neighborhood during the day seemed OK as there were many commuters walking throughout the neighborhoods, however, at night it became very shady, and none of us felt comfortable going out. In addition, I did not feel safe to go out running by myself so I resorted to the gym. Again the property was nice.... neighborhood not so much.

We really enjoyed this VRBO! The bunk room accommodated our three kids and the black-out shades allowed us to sleep-in the sat after arriving from the US. The host checked us in and explained everything perfectly, the apartment was very clean. We enjoyed the kitchen and the balcony, the park across the street. It was so close to the train that we were able to zip into Paris each day with ease and catch the metro to anywhere we wanted in the city. Thank you!!

Very spacious. Great natural light. Excellent bathrooms with good water pressure. Wonderful balcony to sit out on or to dry clothes overnight. So close to the train station that it didn’t seem as far out as we thought it might. Not many restaurants right near the apartment but there is a grocery store close by. All amenities looked new. Can’t think of a single negative.

My mom, in her seventies, my tween daughter and I had the most wonderful stay here, a little bit removed from the hustle and bustle of Paris. We ventured into the city easily on the Metro everyday to enjoy all the sights, but then got to retreat into this lovely suburb for quite nights. There's still loads to do around Saint Denis including the basilica, canal walks and hundreds of shops and restaurants. Mokke & Susanne are wonderful hosts and made us feel immediately at home in their lovely place.

Of you are traveling with your family, this is a perfect place to stay. If the D line is open, it is a very short walk but while we were there it was closed. We walked to the B line which is only about 15 minute walk. It is close enough to the city, you can use Uber. The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, perfect for my family of 5. There’s an elevator to the 4th floor. If you are traveling with small children there’s a very nice playground across the street. Just around the corner is market where you can purchase food or anything you forgot. Mokke and his family are very friendly and helpful. We had a great time on our short visit to Paris.

We had a wonderful stay, the space was clean and spacious for the 6 of us! Having two bathrooms was so nice and convenient. Communication and response to our needs was quick and efficient! We would definitely love to come back again!
