Perfect stay. Perfect apartment. Will be coming back next year
It was really amazing and spacious. Everything was clean and our stay went really well. I wish I could stay there for longer. Will be using the accomodation for our trip next year
Collecting keys was abit frustrating but owner still managed to guide us through even though both of us had a small language barrier. We eventually got there in the end.

Très bien pour événement au stade de France- attention aux horaires d’arrivée
Appartement spacieux et propre , résidence sécurisée et moderne , quartier calme , balcon très agréable . Bonne localisation pour événements au stade de France .
Attention arrivée possible que jusqu’à 22h et il n’y a aucun arrangement possible en cas de retard ! Notre train a été retardé et nous ne pouvions pas récupérer les clés avant 22h , aucune solution ne nous a été trouvée à part dormir dehors ou trouver un hôtel alors que nous avions payé la nuit et que le retard n’est pas de notre fait … heureusement que nous avions une connaissance sur Paris qui a accepter d’aller chercher les clés pour nous… Il y a une odeur très forte(remontée de canalisations?) dans la salle de bain qui embaume l’appartement quand il est fermé, c’est très désagréable à chaque fois que l’on rentre.

El apartamento estaba reformado, todos los muebles muy nuevos y muy cómodo.
El trato con el anfitrión, nos envió las instrucciones para recoger las llaves, por correo electrónico y el enlace, daba a una página que te tenías que subscribir, para poder ver las instrucciones, tengo las capturas de pantalla y el pago de 10 euros en mí tarjeta, para corroborarlo. El día anterior al check in, recibo un aviso que debo depositar 300 euros de fianza y han pasado 8 días desde mí check out y aún no ha devuelto ese dinero. El personal de Booking se ha intentado poner en contacto con el anfitrión y no responde. Así que me ha estafado 300 euros. El apartamento estaba sucio, prueba de ello, que en el armario de una habitación, había ropa del anterior inquilino. El suelo de la terraza sucio y un cenicero lleno de cenizas.
