About this house rental
Welcome to our brand new construction home located in the heart of the Mt. Washington Valley. When building this house, we cut no corners and opted into quality and luxury whenever possible. We had a dream for this home and now it`s finally available for our guests to visit and enjoy. With ample space, our home caters perfectly for 1 or 2 families to spread out and make memories that will last forever. Only 2 min from downtown N. Conway and 1 min to Cranmore, it`s the perfect jumping off point!
Our 4 bedroom 3 full bath is spacious and fully equipped. We will provide you with everything you will need in order to have an amazing and memorable time.
You will have access to everything in the house and nothing is shared.
We live right in town if you need anything at all!
PLEASE NOTE: If you are bringing a dog, you must have them approved first by messaging us and then, you must add them to your reservation. There is an additional cleaning fee that will be automatically added to your reservation when you add your dog. Cats are strictly prohibited.
ESA`s are not exempt from the additional cleaning fee.
Our rules are pretty simple. Treat our home as if it was yours.
- Guest making the reservation must be over 25. All guests must be over 25 if not part of a family. This is non negotiable. Please do not book if everyone in your group is not 25+ years old.
- No smoking in the house
- The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night.
- A rental agreement may be provided with more specific rules and information.
- Quiet time is from 10pm-8am (inside and outside of the house)
- NO loud music or noise will be tolerated
- Respect the neighbors

Very clean and well appointed. Only suggestions- the couch in the downstairs and living room is low and soft for us older adults. Loved it overall. That fireplace works awesome. Oh one thing-You should have the electrical checked. Everytime the AC powers on the kitchen and living room lights would dim. That shouldn’t happen.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The house was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. It is a great space for spending time with family or friends. We had 7adults and two children with us and there was plenty of space for everyone. I highly recommend it!!!
