Excellent North Conway getaway. We are a multi-generational family of 10, and this property met all of our family's needs. Cozy, comfortable, full kitchen, entertainment, and location. Property contact was a little rough around the edges but was responsive and accommodating. Thank you for a great Thanksgiving holiday.

I like the house great

This was one of the priciest homes in the area but we chose it anyway based on the professional management but probably should have passed. I had emailed the company with a question prior to final payment and it took them more than a month to respond!
The house itself was clean and well appointed. We were really disappointed that there were no darts to use with the dartboard and no instructions on how to use the tv or the gas fireplace. Noticed there was mold in the washing machine and it smelled, we didn’t need to use it so that didn’t really effect us.
My biggest frustration is that we had no idea what to do with the trash. The info from Evolve clearly said we had to bring it to the neighborhood dumpster. We drove all around looking for one and found nothing. I called the emergency contact/property owner to find out where to put the trash. He didn’t answer the call and didn’t call back for an hour so guess who had to drive three hours with smelly trash in the backseat? Owner tried to tell me he had sent instructions but when shown proof he hadn’t, he admitted he must have forgotten.
All in all this was a lovely home but it was seriously overpriced. There are many more beautiful homes reasonably priced with responsive management and ownership.
