First of all, the location is great, 2min walk to the beach.
The garden is indeed very nice.But, the cushions definitely needs to be cleaned or renewed.
The pool is cleaned on fridays and tuesdays. Shame that the pool guy left the chemical powder spread on the floor.
Same inside. The beds are very comfi and at night its quiet.
Airco works very goed.
But, it wasn't really clean when we arrived, the agency offered a cleaning team immediately, but we refused because first of all we just wanted not to be distured by others even for an hour and second i cleaned it myself. Most of all, it has to be done before guests arrive.
The house was renovated on the outside, inside its advertised with" vintage" furniture. Let us keep it with old and over used. Kitchen had some appliances renewed, like toaster etc.
Definitely kitchen and bathroom needs update.
All over we still give it a 4 star, because of the location and the sleeping situation.
To mention that the price was good for main season for that location and 3 spacious bedrooms with en suite.
So all over good4 stars, with some improvements it would be 5 stars
