Easy beach access. Good amount of space
Water pressure in upstairs bathroom sink was almost nonexistent - barely a trickle. Marketed as 3 bedrooms & 2 baths, but didn’t make clear that 2 bedrooms & 1 bath are in an upstairs unit while the 3rd bedroom & bath are a separate unit with separate outdoor access. That meant one of us was separated from the fun during our girl’s trip. Also there was a lot of traffic noise as it sits on the corner of a Main Street.

Just 1 block from the beach, house has a barbecue and beach chairs & towels! The living room and dining areas are spacious.
The 3rd bedroom and 2nd bathroom is separated from the "main house" and located at the ground level. Not a complaint, just that I think this is not mentioned in the house listing.

floor and furniture was very dirty and we actually got a swifter to take a layer of dirt off the floors.
