Private single family home on a quiet side street, 8 houses from the beautiful world-class beaches of Anna Maria Island. Close to restaurants and shopping. Free Trolley stops at the end of the street.

Unique wood ceiling in dining room. New granite counter top in kitchen. Three bedrooms and three full baths. Relaxing outdoor shower. Large back patio with 10 Ft. awning and ample shade.
Grill the day's catch on the backyard grill and enjoy a picnic in the private backyard area. Ride your bike to a casual beach restaurant or make a reservation at one of the many fine dining establishments within a few blocks.
Beach is consistently rated one of the top beaches in the country. Relaxing beach never crowded due to mostly residential neighborhoods. No high rise condos.

We fell in love with this house, it truly felt like a home away from home. We loved going out and experiencing Anna Maria Island, but we equally loved coming back to the house which was so beach-cozy! The kids enjoyed their own space in the back room, while the adults loved the huge sectional couch and living room area. The decor is beautifully and tastefully chosen. The location is perfect: a very short walk to the beach, and quick bike ride to shopping or restaurants. Doug was always available via text and responded promptly to questions. We loved our time in Anna Maria Island and when we return, we would love to rent this house again.

Amazing property, just across the street from the beach. Our host communicated everything we needed. The house was perfect for our family of 4. Looking forward to going back next year.

Stayed here for our honey moon it was the perfect house Douglas had very good response time and helped with all our questions! House was stocked with everything you would need super close to the beach and trolley access. Definitely would stay here again

Our family had a wonderful time at AMI with this cozy home perfect for our spring break getaway. This was our first VRBO rental and property met and exceeded our expectations. You would never have known the home was under water last fall with storm surge from Hurricane Helene. Douglas was a great host.
