Two of the three bedrooms feature a king-sized bed, one with an ensuite bathroom. The third guest room includes two sets of twin over twin bunkbeds.. Each bedroom has a TV and includes crisp linens and plush towels from our professional linen company. Your guests will stay connected with complimentary WIFI and enjoy all of the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer.
The sparkling pool and spa highlight the tropically landscaped backyard which is complete with an outdoor shower, pool loungers, and adirondack chairs. Guests will enjoy the covered poolside lounge area with patio dining for 6, a gas grill and TV. The ping pong table adds to the outdoor fun.

The host was very welcoming, thorough and professional. The information for check in was sent in advance and clear in the instructions. The house was spotless, spactious and very comfortable. Great outdoor space and well appointed kitchen. The weather was cooler a few days so the pool didn't stay heated but the documents explained that clearly so we were bummed but not disappointed. Amazing week in Anna Maria Island as usual--great accomodations choice to top it off. Missy-Cincinnati

First time in AMI but won’t be our last!! The island is still recovering from Helene but is in amazing condition for just being a year out from that storm. Beautiful gulf waters and lots of shopping and local restaurants to choose from which is such a nice change of pace from our home in Northern Virginia. This home fit our family of 6 well. Pool was fabulous and our teenage sons thrilled with this peek of our vacation. Will definitely return to this vacation spot in the future!!

House was great! About a 10 minute walk to the beach. House is in the center of the island, so close to everything. Bring mosquito spray in summer if planning on going out to the pool at night.

We highly enjoyed this vacation rental! It's a short walk to the beach, great pool and hot tub, and comfortable beds. The kitchen had everything we needed (even Tupperware!) and the air conditioning kept us cool in hot summer temperatures. We will definitely be back!
