Our favorite AMI rental!
Has everything you might need in the kitchen with newer appliances.
Comfortable furniture and bedding.
The back patio is quiet and relaxing.
The pool is pristine, well cared for, with plenty of lounge chairs, umbrellas, and areas of shade.
Pool and beach toys galore.
The trolley stop is close and Gulf beach is a couple blocks. The neighborhood is quiet and great for walking.
Ann is the perfect host; in all our years of renting on AMI, our stays at her Sunny Side Up home have been the best!
