Take a dip in the crystal-clear private heated pool. There is a gas grill and outdoor dining spot to enjoy a bite to eat in a beautiful, tropical landscape. Also, loungers and fire pit.Optional pool heat up to 86º F is available from October to April at $100/week.Pool equipment is locked for safety and controls must not be tampered with. Pool alarms are mandated per city licensing ordinance and cannot be disarmed. Pools are professionally serviced weekly. Debris due to tropical climate might occur in between service days. Pool equipment does not run 24 hours and water temperature can vary as pool heaters operate ONLY when the pool pump is running. Weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. When the ambient temperature falls below 60 degrees F, the pool heater may not function and even switch off. Duncan Real Estate will expedite repairs of reported malfunctions, but no refund will be made for circumstances beyond our control.There are parking spaces for two cars at 83rd St Villas West. Also, a Golf Cart parking space with outlet.This property has a minimum stay of 7 nights and a maximum 6-person occupancy. 83rd St Villa West is a pet friendly property for dogs up to 100 lbs. The non-refundable pet fee is $150.00 per pet and will be charged for each week. The pet fee does not cover any damage caused by the pet.
