Large apartment capable of accommodating up to 7 guests.
Bright, quiet, spacious and welcoming adjacent to the former industrial area of Via Morimondo full of showrooms, creative workshops and artists\' studios.
The house, located on the seventh floor, is very quiet and the area in which it is located is among the most fashionable and creative in Milan: a few steps from the canals and the Milanese nightlife, the area is full of restaurants, trattorias and clubs fashionable. It is located a few minutes from via Tortona, close to the Naviglio Grande, in a residential area but at the same time well served by public transport.
The house can comfortably accommodate 5 people and the beds are located in three rooms (2 double and 1 single) and a comfortable double sofa is available on request in the large living room. The recently renovated apartment has a kitchen equipped with every comfort and is supplied with linen and towels.
Concierge and elevator. Free street parking.
The whole area is going through a period of redevelopment which, as a first result, has led many couturiers to set up their own showroom in the former industrial area of Via Morimondo, which has now become full of showrooms and creative workshops of artists and stylists.
Very close to the IULM University (polytechnic school of design) and the MUDEC (museum of art and culture) and the main locations of the off-halls at Design Week and Fashion Week, the Naviglio Grande with its bars and restaurants

For those who want to take 2 steps along the Naviglio Grande towards the center, you will find yourself in front of the ancient church of San Cristoforo, to visit absolutely. From there, continuing towards the center you will be spoiled for choice between small restaurants and places for aperitifs. Arrived at the beginning of the Naviglio Grande, just before the Darsena, the Vicolo dei Lavandai, one of the most iconic places in Milan, with the El Brellin restaurant, to taste typical Milanese dishes
