Easy check in. Very clean including common areas. Good water pressure. All amenities are in the room including cutlery and plates, kettle, hairdryer.
It'd be great if some salt was available. There were a lot of empty containers presumably for that sort of thing. Radiators for the night go cold which is not a bad thing for quality of sleep, but if you got soaked in the rain, be ready to not be able to dry your things properly.

Cute accommodation in a central location. The room was surprisingly peaceful and quiet despite being on a busy road. The host was very informative and helpful from the moment of booking, making my trip hassle free. The room had all the basic necessities from a fridge, cutlery and crockery to clean towels, as well as its own toilet, sink and shower. Overall a very comfortable stay and value for money. Highly recommend

Adjacent to a real good pub/restaurant. Handy for touring as just off the virtual bypass road north. Lots of communications (but saw nobody in person).
Didn’t quite live up to the high review ratings. Just felt a little bit tired and low rent in decor. Traffic noisy in morning workdays.

Location & Parking
Shower didnt work , room was tired looking & very small . T.v didnt work correctly & kept missing lots of channels. Depressing room. Reported it to owner who eventually said we could move to another room upstairs. Upon moving we had to fiddle with the heating for an hour to come on as it was like an ice box in there - owner gave me a plumbers number if it continued !!! Room was larger and better - but quite obvious it needed tlc. Bits of wood shelving broken off & loose taps. Shower worked though. Cleanliness wasn't great in bathroom..dust and black mould marks between tiles. This was my Birthday weekend and Id repeatedly asked for a slightly later check out ( just an hour) but gave up asking - never got a reply. We checked out at the normal time.
