very close (within walking distance) to everything around kendal as well as good driving distance from some lovely walks and infinity pools nearby :) as well as easy access using a code to unlock all doors our room was decorated so lovely and the place even had a room with a table and chairs, microwave and toaster on the bottom floor for all guests to use:) to our surprise, the room stayed cool even in 30 degree weather so perfect for summer stays! thank you so much!!

Shower power isnt great and goes hot then cold

Spacious room, with sink, kettle and fridge

The noise from the radiator (needed bleeding as only bottom couple of inches got a little warm, the rest was full of bubbles and intermittently very noisy even when turned right off) . Could have done with a blanket in the room. No hand soap. Washing up liquid provided, but no cloth and teatowel for washing and drying up. Missing a desert spoon, so eating cereal with a teaspoon was fun! ( Did request one at the beginning of my stay and was assured one would be delivered, but it wasn't). Radiator also reported but not sorted. Due to poor sleep every night and consequently being very tired, I left more than a day early as had a 6 hour journey home and another disturbed night could have been dangerous for driving home safely.
