Completely renovated in 2022 and professionally decorated, this gorgeous cottage at 1232 Greenslake on Kiawah Beach Drive is just a short walk to the beach or community pool and conveniently located close to the Cougar Point Golf Course Clubhouse. No detail was spared during the recent renovation! For those looking to experience Kiawah Island is style, this special property in West Beach is a perfect choice!

- LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN: The open floor-plan of the living room space and incredible fully equipped kitchen with massive 10 foot island with bar and breakfast nook seating - great for entertaining!
- CUSTOM DESIGN: The stylish fixtures and furnishings and contemporary design make this cottage one of the most sought-after properties in the area!
- LOCATION: Great spot with access to the neighborhood community pool and easy walking or biking to beaches, golf courses and restaurants!

What a lovely, well-equipped property! We loved the tranquility of the lagoon and wildlife. We saw an alligator w/in minutes of arriving. Lovely decor and a sofa perfect for napping. I wish we stayed longer—easy to access, convenient location, and super comfortable. 10 out of 10!

It was our first visit to Kiawah Island, and we totally enjoyed our stay. We biked, spent some time in the pool, and had some great meals at local restaurants. We all commented on how well equipped the kitchen and cottage was. We enjoyed the Bluetooth speaker. It will literally be the first place we look for when we return. It was also a great time of year to visit.
