About this cottage rental
This updated Kiawah Island vacation rental offers three bedrooms, a bright sunroom, a spacious deck, access to a seasonal community pool, and a 4-minute walk to the beach.
Walk into an open, one-story floor plan and be greeted by beautiful hardwood flooring, a calming ambiance, and an abundance of natural light. In the living area, you will find comfortable furniture and a large flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen is adjacent to the living area and offers white cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. The dining area offers scenic views and ample seating for your whole party.
The sunroom offers a relaxing space to read or sip morning coffee. You will also find that it offers access to the deck.
The primary bedroom features a queen-sized bed, a TV, and a private primary bathroom with a shower and bathtub combination.
The secondary and third bedrooms are perfect for kids as they both offer 2 twin-sized beds, ample closet spaces, and scenic views. Both have access to a full bathroom just down the hall.
The outdoor deck is the perfect spot to grill out and enjoy all that Mother Nature has to offer!
The cottage is equipped with a washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.
Guests have access to the community pool (approximately 55ft x 20ft). This pool is unheated and open seasonally.
Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!
During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

On the first day we were at the beach, we saw a person take his dog into the ocean. Right in front of us, he allowed his dog to use the beach as its personal bathroom. It was very unpleasant.During the rest of our stay, we did not see anyone else take their dogs into the ocean. Most people were simply walking their dogs along the beach.The cottage itself was clean, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. However, the pool was full of pine needles, so I was not sure whether it was clean or properly maintained.

Very well-appointed home! Our family enjoyed our time in Kiawah and are appreciative of the owners allowing us to rent their home ) Lots of trails for bike riding. Walk to beach is less than 10 minutes. Pool was just open and very cold, but it could be a nice option if it's warmer.

Perfect Easter week in Kiawah! This property was located conveniently to both the beach & pool. Clean, well stocked with essentials, and comfortable- we will be back!

Nice unit, just as pictured. One of the first Vrbo units I’ve been to with no games or even cards or books available to use. Good quiet location, easy walk to beach and pool.
