This was a girls trip, and overall we had a nice time enjoying the beautiful area. The house was comfortable, although the cleanliness could have been a little better. Most of the attractions and sights we wanted to visit were about a 25-mile drive each way from the property, which was partly due to my not researching the location more beforehand. The roads in the area are mostly two-lane highways, so traffic can move slowly during rush hour. There are also quite a few rules for staying at the property, but it’s clear they help maintain the quiet, peaceful atmosphere and keep the area well cared for.

This house was as described - perfect location for bike access to the town (fresh fields), the beach, and the resort (Night Heron Park). The house was well stocked, and perfect for our family of 5. Really, we didn't even have to use the car as you can bike most everywhere you'd need to go (bike rentals are HIGHLY recommended). We swam in the pool, watched sunsets from the docks in the community, at the beach, and from the nearby marina, spent days on the private beach, and saw lots of nature (alligators, dolphins, birds, pelicans). We also biked to the resort park which has daily activities going on for families. This was a great stay - to the point my kids asked if we could live there (if only). We were able to buy groceries and cook at the house, as well as do our laundry throughout our stay. We also felt really safe in the gated community - lots of families, and secure. 10/10 - DO book this property, and have the most magical family vacation.

This cottage was at a great location....eashy access to pool and beach. It was decorated well and kitchen had all we needed. Main drawback for us was it was a little more dated than pictures showed.....heavy older sliding doors and could hardly see through them to screened porch. We really enjoyed the week however
