In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 3, the maximum allowed occupancy is 6, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 2.
This Kiawah Island vacation rental is an updated three-bedroom cottage offering a wraparound deck, screened porch, and access to the seasonal community pool. The cottage is an easy 7-minute walk to the beach.
The cottage greets you with beautiful hardwood floors, elevated wainscoting, and coastal charm. The open living room features a loveseat with ottomans, two cozy chairs, and a large flat-screen TV. The large, fully equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances (please note: refrigerator does not have an automatic ice maker) and plenty of cabinet space. A stacked washer and dryer are discreetly located in the kitchen. The rectangular dining table comfortably seats six people.
The first bedroom offers a queen bed and a private bathroom with shower. The other queen bedroom features a TV and shares a bathroom with a bedroom that has two twin beds. Each room has its own sink and toilet area and the shower/tub combo is shared. Both of these bedrooms have access to the side deck.
The back deck and screened porch are accessed from the living room. A rocking swing, located beneath the front porch, is the perfect place to enjoy the cool ocean breeze.
The cottage is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.
Guests have access to the community pool (approximately 55ft x 20ft). The pool is unheated and open seasonally.
Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!
During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

The chalet had storage space for six bikes, umbrellas, beach chairs, under cover parking for two vehicles and a well stocked kitchen. We were six adults and were all happy with the cleanliness, checkin and check out routine. 3 min bike ride and 10 min walk to the beach. We’d stay here again! ‘

Great little cottage perfect for a family of four. Teenage kids had their own rooms. Neat, clean and close to the beach and market . Would stay there again and have even recommended the cottage to co-workers already.

Master bath - cold water handle on sink not operational, shower doors not on a bottom track so they swing into shower making it dangerous for a child to shower how there. unable to access porch from queen room as sliding door not operational.No dining table on deck as pictured in promotional material.no stopper for sink in "jack and jill" bathroom.Beds were comfortable and inside of house was clean. Screen porch was dirtyRental company emailed incorrect code to neighborhood pool so had to get it from other users.A map with directions to pool and beach access would have been VERY helpful as we had to ask others walking in the neighborhood how to get to both places.
