In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 3, the maximum allowed occupancy is 6, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 2.

Upon entering the cottage, you are welcomed into the dining and kitchen area. The dining area offers seating for six, while the kitchen island provides an additional 3 barstools. Meals are easy in the fully equipped kitchen that highlights granite countertops, white cabinetry, and sleek stainless steel appliances. The living area has ample seating and a flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day on the beach. Sip on a fresh cup of coffee, unwind with an evening cocktail, or cozy up with a good book in the sunroom, where natural light pours in through floor-to-ceiling windows. Access to the back deck is located off the sunroom, where guests will find an outdoor dining area with an umbrella, perfect for dining al fresco in the shade.
The primary bedroom features a king size bed, additional deck access, and a small wall-mounted TV. A bathroom with a walk-in shower is easily accessible through the primary bedroom. On the opposite side of the cottage are the two guest bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with two twins. They share a bathroom with a shower/tub combo, making it ideal for families with children.
The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.
Guests have access to the community pool (approximately 55ft x 20ft). This pool is unheated and open seasonally.
