Exceptional River views can be enjoyed from this completely renovated (2025-2026) three bedrooms, two bath cottage in Inlet Cove's gated community. 18 Evenings Bend has new hardwood floors throughout the living areas. It has three bedrooms with two king-size beds and one queen, which can accommodate up to six guests. This cottage is the ideal place for a family vacation. The screened porch at the back of the rental is great for watching dolphins play or the gorgeous sunsets. The Inlet Cove Cottages have a community pool (available seasonally) and crabbing dock (no motorized boats please but it does have a kayak launcher, you can use your gear credit for renting kayaks!).
No pets and no smoking no exceptions.
When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $210 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.
Upon booking you will be sent a rental agreement to review and complete online. Your booking is not confirmed until this document has been submitted.

We had another great vacation renting this cottage, each time is better than the last. We enjoy the living area in the back to take full advantage of the river view and beautiful sunsets. The cottage is so well decorated andfully supplied with everything we needed. We had no problems, as usual, with the cottage, everything was in excellent working order. We want to thank the owners and Hillary for letting us stay once again. We look forward to returning again.

A wonderfully-appointed home with an amazing view of the Kiawah River. The online photos truly represent the interior, with its high end appliances, comfortable furnishings, and luxurious baths. Plenty of pots and pans and cooking utensils to prepare a great meal, plus an outdoor grill. The views from the living space and master bedroom are incredible. What a great site to wake up to! Whether spending time on the screened porch or down by the dock, Kiawah living does not get better than this location - watching dolphin, fishing, crabbing, kayaking. If you prefer the pool instead of the beach, it is conveniently located just steps away. I highly recommend renting bikes to make a quick trip down to the beach (just minutes away by bike) and to explore the bike paths around the island. Be sure to explore the many small ponds and nature habitats and gardens. I also recommend a low tide, late afternoon/early evening walk to the point where the ocean meets the river beyond Beachwalker Park to watch the dolphins and hunt for shells. If you are lucky, you will be able to see the dolphin strand feed (unique feeding ritual). This rental is a great place to enjoy all the beauty and nature of Kiawah Island with family and friends. In regards to the property manager, I cannot say enough about the helpfulness, friendliness, and professionalism of Hillary. She certainly helped to make our vacation all the more enjoyable! We will certainly return to this rental.

My family would like to thank the ESPM company. They were so helpful in getting us information on the progress of hurricane Matthew. They were able to get on the island and survey the property and get it ready for us to come ASAP. I highly recommend using their company when renting. They went above and beyond.
