About this cottage rental
66 Belmeade Hall was totally renovated in 2020 and was beautifully outfitted by an interior designer.
Furnished in coastal hues, 66 Belmeade Hall is an Inlet Cove cottage and is turnkey-ready to launch your Island lifestyle in an instant. Just walk up the stairs to its wide front porch, unlock the door, and set down your bags.
The great room is lovely with wide-plank hardwood flooring and tall windows showcasing the treetops. The dining table easily seats six, and the living room features a tray ceiling, and wall of glass doors leading to the home's screened porch and open-air sundeck.
The light-filled kitchen is beautifully done with all new stainless-steel appliances, clean white cabinetry, pale countertops, and an island with breakfast bar and shiplap detailing. The flooring is of pale ceramic tile.
The master suite is a quiet sanctuary with an upholstered king bed dressed in white bed linens and glass doors opening to the sundeck. In the bath is a fashionably gray-painted vanity with a sink set into a gorgeously veined countertop and an expansive walk-in shower with sleek glass barn doors.
The first guest suite offers an upholstered king bed fitted with white bed linens, white-painted furniture, and three tall windows inviting natural light inside. In the bath, the vanity is well-appointed, the flooring is of pale ceramic tile, and there's a tub and shower. The second bedroom sleeps four on two bunk sets.
Pets not allowed. Non-smoking only. Fireplace is wood burning and cannot be used.
When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights (not available in low season, late Oct to mid Mar) you will receive a valuable credit of up to $210 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.

Free Wireless Internet Access; Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay. Property does have linen included. Additional housekeeping services are also available during your stay (mid-week clean or daily trash and tidy). Guests DO NOT have access to the resort pools (Night Heron Park, West Beach, or Tennis Club).
If you have the time take a short trip (35-45 Minutes) to Charleston, America's most charming southern city. There you'll find world class dining, shopping and lots of history to explore.

Kiawah Island is beautiful and it’s nice to be able to stay near the beach. This place does not have resort privileges but you can rent equipment or pay to park at the beach. It’s a bit too far to walk next time. We would definitely stay closer to the beach. It is a short bike ride or car ride but if you drive you have to pay for parking at the beach. We never made it to the public pool. The rental is set up well for grandparents, parents and two kids, which is what our party entailed. The handrail broke as my father who is elderly, walked up the stairs and the place was overall a little bit rundown especially items in the kitchen. There is nothing here to use for the beach unlike most beach rentals. No beach towels. There is almost no information when you come in unlike almost all other rentals I’ve stayed at, no book to show you how to access the pool or where anything is nearby. Every effort to communicate with the company who rents this place out was a fail, we never got any responses from them. I would definitely never rent from this company again.
