About this cottage rental
This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom Sparrow Pond Cottage is destined to be your new favorite beach cottage on Kiawah. Purchased in 2017, we look forward to sharing our Kiawah home with you. Since we purchased the cottage all 3 bathrooms have been renovated, new floors installed and the cottage interior repainted along with other updates. Free wifi.

All Sparrow Pond Cottages are stand alone cottages located in West Beach Village, and perfectly situation in close proximity of many of Kiawah’s most treasured sights and activities.

This house was well appointed. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating. I lost a ring and she had a plumber. Take the drains off the sinks to try to find it. I highly recommend this home!

The cottage was great. Kitchen well stocked for cooking. There were two each chairs but one was broken and the other on its last leg. Convenient to the beach. I liked that it was so close to the Kiaweh gate!
