The property was nice but there were a few issues. We couldn't figure out how to use oven and the washing machine. Some information was outdated or incorrect. It wasn't very clear where the apartment was located and where the restaurants were.It was a very homey, comfortable place to stay. A good place for a family to stay.. The staff was very responsive and helped us out. I would highly recommend people to stay at this property.

This apartment was just fine for us. Although there is parking on the street it was very hard to find a space. The piano was a highlight for us. We would probably stay closer to the center of town next time.

Wonderful family stay in lovely Florence! The location of this beautiful and roomy flat was perfect for us. An easy walk to the center of Florence with proximity to the train station and grocery.
