City Centre Apartment on Hanover- studio 1

The location was amazing, right in the city centre and close to everything you need. The apartment itself was very clean and well set up, with all the amenities working perfectly. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The towels were soft and generous in size, and we appreciated the little touch of chocolates on arrival. The instructions for accessing and using the apartment were clear and easy to follow. Nicky was also fantastic, very responsive and helpful, and flexible with check-in which made things really smooth. The neighbours were quiet and we had no issues at all during our stay.

The only downside was the internet… it was really slow, which made it difficult for us… If I could request one small thing, it would be having some milk in the fridge on arrival.. it would be a really nice touch

Great location, modern apartment with everything needed.

Smelt of cigarettes and when I messaged the property through booking.com about this they did not respond. The cleaning staff also unlocked our door and came into the room without knocking on the second day of our stay when we were not checking out.

Great central location with a modern room that had literally everything I needed — including air conditioning, a great bathroom, and a smart TV with YouTube and Netflix.

No elevator and steep stairs made it tough with large suitcases, the shades didn’t fully block the sunlight in the morning, and there was no reception, which made communication with the host difficult. I extended my stay, but the cleaner wasn’t informed and entered while I was in the shower.

Very clean, everything you need is there, the location is great, right in the city with lots of restaurants around. The staff was super helpful and responsive.
