1-bedroom apartment on the doorstep of the city. Down a flat pathway, private & off the main street. Freshly renovated, thoughtfully decorated. Double glazed & insulated with heat pump to warm & cool the space. The generous size (50m2) makes it perfect for longer stays or a quick getaway.
Free parking is available in an alternative property across the street.

Situated on the flat, in an apartment set off the street that ensures privacy and quiet, we are located two blocks from the University, Dunedin Public Hospital and city centre malls, restaurants, cafes and supermarket. Approximately 1.5km to Forsyth Barr Stadium, a 15 minute walk away.
The space is entirely your own, with no shared areas.
There is ramp / walkway access directly into this apartment, and no steps required. The entire interior is all on one level. Please be aware that free parking is located in a lot across the road (and it is paid parking on the street directly outside the apartment).

Excellent location, very quiet, great stylish fitout. Only problems: there should be a working heated towel rail - there was a switch but turning it on didn't warm the rail and the towels remained damp and cold. The bedroom was almost warm enough at night if you left the door open and the heatpump on, but the huge exit sign then made the room very bright. Better I think would be a small eco panel type heater in the bedroom so the heatpump can be turned off and the door closed. Other than that, excellent stay and great communication from host. Will recommend and return.
