Lovely room, parking
I personally found the bed uncomfortable and small in terms of width and length. We do though have a superking at home. Probably just my own preference rather than there actually being anything wrong

Lovely property within walking distance to the beach.
Comfortable, spacious and well appointed
Easy to access, close to shops while being quiet, an ideal space for a retreat.
Lovely and helpful neighbours
The property was boiling hot when we arrived, although the host immediately provided a fan when requested.

It was fairly quiet apart from the golf course groundsmen arriving for work in the big shed behind, at 5.30 in the morning.
The bathroom was great.
Advertised with a washer/dryer but a sign said not to use the dryer. There was no other facility to dry wet clothes as the clothes rack was broken and there was no washing line in the garden.
The rear garden was a waste as the grass was overgrown and there were only old wooden kitchen chairs to sit on.
The rooflight windows open, but the ground floor windows didn't.
