This conveniently situated, inviting apartment is an excellent choice for couples or small families looking to experience the highlights of Cornwall's south coast. 500 metres from Swanpool Beach, you can start the day with a stroll across the sand, paddle in the clear waters or simply sit back and admire the coastal views. The South West Coast Path passes nearby, offering memorable walks in either direction, with rugged clifftop scenery and secluded coves waiting to be discovered. Falmouth town centre is 1 mile away, making it easy to spend a day exploring one of Cornwall's liveliest seaside towns. Browse independent boutiques, galleries and gift shops before stopping at one of the many cafes, pubs or restaurants serving everything from locally caught seafood to homemade cakes. The busy harbour is always a hive of activity, with brightly painted boats coming and going throughout the day.
Accessed via the rear garden, this appealing apartment opens into an airy open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. A crackling wood burner creates a warm focal point, while comfortable seating and a Smart TV make the lounge a restful place to settle into after a day of discovery. Outside, a spacious patio is furnished for al fresco dining and includes a BBQ for balmy evenings. Guests can also enjoy the shared seasonal swimming pool, open from mid-May until the end of September (children should be supervised). Parking for one car is available on the shared driveway, providing straightforward access during your stay. Two cars can be accommodated if necessary.
