Disappointing. Very basic, not particularly clean. Overpriced compared to other similar properties.

The TV didnt work and we raised it via booking.com who contacted the owner, and for the whole stay we did not have a working TV. The owner also mentioned that there was a wifi 'box' in a cupboard somewhere but i checked all the cupboards and there was nothing of the sort, and when I said that there wasnt a wifi showing on my phone he stated that it wouldnt as it wasnt that 'kind of wifi'. Never heard back from him regarding getting the TV sorted. For the price charged the fact, that we had no working TV for our stay, the sofa was unclean, the picture in the downstairs toilet had mould growing on it, we are very unhappy with our stay.

It was clean. Easy to find. Nice quiet location.

The light in the bathroom didn't work. No toilet brushes. Two sauce pans with three lids. Broken pedal bin in the kitchen. Stable door catch not working properly. We have stayed at other houses at Pendra Loweth, this one is probably our least favourite. It just felt it was lacking something the others had.

No oven .was warned but no one showed to make repair E mailed about no light in bathroom and no replacement bulb I also think fitting is corroded Tv cuts out after using for a while Inadequate seating for 5 guests No lock on downstairs Loo . It is a nice property but the upkeep is poor

the area and site were lovely. beds were very comfortable.

the building and furniture are stained and tatty, the cooker did not work, which was replaced on day 5, this caused us a great expense on food which brought with us. If this fault had been passed on to us we would have cancelled, the fitters told us the fault had been on going for over a month. there was no working light or fan in the bathroom. the lack of WiFi was a huge inconvenience as the phone signal is also very poor. no enclosed area for dogs.

We have stayed at this holiday park previously. Pugwash Cottage was disappointing compared to the other cottages.

A good location. Compact and comfortable.

No WiFi Lacking in some basic kitchen equipment such as plates, glasses etc. Some kitchen equipment rather dirty and unhygienic. Chopping boards particularly grim. Marks on sofa, carpet and rugs. Also rug and bean bag very smelly and stained. Bathroom not very clean and looking tired. Needs a new floor and wash basin as it’s cracked. Vacuum cleaner also gives out an unpleasant smell when in use. Needed to open the windows. Patio area full of weeds. Horrible moldy garden chair outside and other garden chairs stored in the under stair cupboard torn and seen better days.

Property starting to look a little tired. Broken lamp, bulb out in one of the bedrooms Cleaning left a bit to be desired. Extraction fan very dusty in cloakroom and all lampshades dusty Rugs tatty. Surfaces clean and plenty of useful materials around for you to use.

Overall Pugwash Cottage was in a lovely location although was lacking in various areas.

The property was ok for the price we paid, plus it was nice to have a washer/drier and dishwasher .

Lots of small details could be put right at not much cost, such as there was no lock in the bathroom door, the blind in the bathroom was badly stained, no extra bin bags, no decent clothes rack, toilet roll holder in the downstairs toilet kept coming off the wall, the scart lead for the DVD player was detached with no way of plugging it back in, so we couldn’t watch any dvds, and no welcome instructions with any contact information etc.
