Located just outside Falmouth purpose built development with its own bar. Lovely landscaped area own parking space marked out. Well equiped kicthen. Walked to beach about 20 minutes along paths but not sign posted so need map or all trials

Too far to walk to town but its a short drive or taxi ride (cost £10).

I was working in Falmouth dockyard and had the family come to stay for easter. Thought a holiday home would be better than ship/hotel Had everything needed for a family getaway own parking space, room for my young children to play, travel cot and high chair provided which helped feed my one year old. Cooking facilities ideal, only thing missing was a George foreman grill , but able to utilise other forms of cooking and all in good working order. Cleaning stuff provided which saved money at supermarket, all in all an it exceeded my expectations.

Lack of George foreman grill was only thing missing from property and not the end of the world if brutally honest.

The property is well proportioned with a lovely open plan living space, situated in a quiet part of the park. The communal grassed area at the back is pretty and the park generally is well maintained, with ample parking and communal facilities if you need them. It’s a little out of town but easily within travelling distance.

We used the property as a base for our daughter’s graduation. Having stayed in several properties in Falmouth over the last 3 years I found this property to be satisfactory but not great for the price we were charged. It was liveable but compared to other properties we have stayed in it felt as though there was a lack of care. There was a strong smell of damp throughout the downstairs and both the kitchen and main bathroom were not completely clean, with marks on tiles, side of the bath etc. The vinyl laminate floor on the ground floor was sticky underfoot and the size of the master bed and quality of bed linen was OK but basic. Compared to other properties in the complex it felt that this one hasn’t had much TLC in a while. The small garden area was full of weeds and the furniture needed an update or cleaning. Other homes had full flower beds and pots but this one was bare. Water pressure was poor upstairs and things like window frames were in need to repainting with signs of rotting. For a two night stay it did the job, but for the price we were a little disappointed. I think it either needs to be given a refresh or the price reviewed.
