Lovely setting, very clean and comfortable.

Had a real problem opening the back door and the main bedroom window would not open at all.

After a very long drive from Norfolk we were very pleasantly suprised with this lovely property , Very clean and well equiped ,nice clear instructions for some of the appliances and a nice welcome pack too. just a short walk through a small wooded area brings you out on to Falmouth Golf Course which you cross to a field with amazing views of Falmouth and surounding coastline and the SW Coastal Path .
nothing not to like , the double bed was comfortable , would be nice if it was a bit bigger , but not really aproblem .

Comfortable and relaxing cottage in peaceful surroundings.
Lovely setting. Finding a welcome pack waiting, along with tea, coffee and cakes so you can just relax for a while after the journey was wonderful. Plenty of information about the local area and the cottage handy on arrival. Guest book with nice comments and recommendations on local pubs/restaurants was also nice. Cottage owners were lovely and friendly & helpful.
Directions on finding the property could have been slightly better. Also didn't find the bins on the site, are there any? But we only stayed one night due to there being a problem with the regulator on the gas supply and had to be re-housed in another nearby property. The owners were on site at the time trying to get the problem resolved, and were lovely.
