Filiberto Charme Apartment

Good location that offers fast connection with the Airport but also with the city via metro and tram. Would be a good Appartment If it would have more maintenance. I like that I was contacted and supposed during the online check-in and that they had an app for this that made things easy.

We were welcomed by a big pile of dirty towels. When we asked to clean the apartment again, we were told that the next day we get a cleaner...but someone just came and dropped fresh towels, without doing any cleaning. Hot water was missing on the first night...we had to start the boiler ourselves. Bed upholstery had stains. There was mold between the tiles in the shower. The kitchen cabinets and doors were dusty. Carpets could be removed, because they didn't look clean and since there is superficial cleaning happening, would make it easier. Overall we managed, but it was pretty overpriced for what it offered. And they could easily do a deep clean of the appartment every month. Now it looks like it's lost it's charm...

Un lugar muy amplio y limpio, con todas las comodidades necesarias.

Algunos detalles de mantenimiento, la ducha del segundo baño no funciona bien y las cosas de aseo fueron un poco escasas.
