Очень приятное расположение. Рядом есть трамвайные линии на которых можно доехать до центра. В 2 минутах от Китай города где много кафе и магазинов. Удобные кровати и наличие посуды
Очень строгие правила и везде предупреждения об огромных штрафах до 500€. Я понимаю, что владельцам квартиры часто приходится тяжело, но и жить в условиях где за шум после 21:00 ты можешь получить штраф не приятно. Причем штраф не за вечеринки, а именно за шум. А если мы просто будем с подругами громко смеяться в 23:00 мы тоже получим штраф? В общем это не дает расслабится. Так же квартира была в не очень хорошем состоянии. Много чего было сломано и вид был не опрятный
