Charmant duplex à deux pas de Paris et du RER B

Appartement en duplex correspondant tout-à-fait à la description. Consignes arrivée et départ extrêmement claires pour récupérer les clés etc. J'ai beaucoup apprécié la présence d'un grand ventilateur durant cette canicule. Appartement proche du RER B station Gentilly et très proche de Paris car il y a juste à côté une passerelle qui enjambe le périphérique et qui arrive dans le parc public de la cité universitaire internationale de Paris. Je recommande cette location.

Bien situé, bien équipé, douche agréable, calme la nuit.

Escalier en colimaçon nécessitant d’être prudent.

This place is located in a quiet neighbourhood and very close to the metro. Perfect for coming straight from CDG Airport. The check-in and check-out instructions were veey clear and simple.

The water heater was small, so since there were 3 of us, we had to take super fast showers if everyone wanted hot water. But that’s okay, we didn’t expect come to a spa. :)

The apartment is close to RER and bus stop, there is a church nearby with the bridge to a nice quiet place - the sunset is amazing from the bridge. The place is not far from grocery stores and bakery. If you like spiral staircase - the apartment is for you. It has a nice charm of the tiny cosy French place. The host answers quickly to all the messages and the instructions to get into apartment were clear. The bathroom facilities look new and everything works. There were welcoming tea-bags and coffee .

The washing machine does not work — it is blocked and none of our efforts helped. We stayed there for 5 days and couldn’t resolve this issue with the host. The sofa on the first floor cannot be used for sleeping. The mattress completely caves in and you end up contorting yourself around the metal springs poking through. Probably because of the tiny space, it feels cluttered. It is more of a 2-guest apartment. There were one too many — three’s a crowd. Cold water were running slowly and sometime you have to wait to flush the toilet the second time, because first time was not enough. Fridge freezer door is broken and there is a lot of ice inside… hard to squeeze a bottle of Champaign.
