DONT STAY HERE EVER

**DO NOT STAY HERE EVER** Me and my husband stayed here from may 25-29th. The property looked like a nice quaint apt to stay for a few days. However upon arrival we could not figure out where we were supposed to stay. The manager from the pizza place downstairs directed us to where we were supposed to stay, a 3 story walk up not mentioned in the ad in booking. We entered the property and OMG. The door was kicked in held together by screws and nuts, holes everywhere, peeling everywhere. Upon seeing the door i messaged Muhammad that i wanted my money back and that i did not feel safe staying here. First he said it was because of a break in then he said the last people kicked the door in. Either way i did not feel safe. For every complaint, Mohammed had an excuse. Unfortunately we had to accept the fact that we weren’t stuck there. Please. Advise. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY. Your welcome

We arrived at the location around 8:00 PM. It turned out that our apartment wasn’t ready for occupancy, despite prior reservation. I had not received any prior message from the owner about this incredible situation. The employee from the pizzeria next door told us about the change in accommodation. We were moved to another apartment for 1 night, which was in worse condition than the one we had booked. The toilet was dirty, the floor was completely wet with an unknown liquid, and the bedding didn't look clean either. The apartment was farther from the center, and we wanted a specific location. The whole fuss lasted over 2 hours. We received no compensation for this situation. We were given the choice of either accepting what they offered us or finding another place to stay by 10:00 PM. A very mature and understanding approach. Contact with the owner was difficult because he barely spoke English. I didn't receive replies to other messages. The rest of the stay was fine, the apartment we booked was as it should have been.

Expensive and poorly furnished flat in nice location near Glacière metro stop.

The studio was clean and instructions to self-check-in were clear, but they came late on the checkin day

The studio would need refurbishment. The bathtub drain was blocked. There was no coffee for the machine. It is under the roof. There are some skylight windows, but it will still get very hot in the summer. Moreover, the low ceiling meant that I could not stand in the bathtub, so I had to crouch to wash myself. Pipes of the neighbouring flat were making a lot of noise. 3rd floor, no elevator in a narrow staircase (but that is typical for Paris one could say).

Déçu, pas propre, froid, sale, mal équipé, mensonges.

Moisissure, mur sale, le sol sale, cuisine sale, les équipements sales, le frigo était tiède, la vaisselle était sale, pas de bouchons dans la baignoire donc pas de baignoire utilisable, dans la salle de bain il fait 14 degrés, le canapé est différent des photos également, la table basse était pleine de poussière/gras, la literie pareil les coussins sont durs la couette sent vraiment mauvais, le robinet de la baignoire fuit, pas de fenêtre à la salle de bain, comme il pleut l'eau rentre, et mouille le sol, le sol de la salle de bain n'en parlons pas il est pleins de poussières.... bref je suis très déçu et c'est bien la première fois, dommage j'aurai dû lire les commentaires.

Lo único bueno es la ubicación

La ubicación

Malísima limpieza. El menaje de cocina sucio, había huellas y restos de los anteriores huéspedes, suelo sucio con pelusas, baño lleno de polvo, sábanas sucias… todo sucio. Imposible comunicarse con el anfitrión. Le escribí una semana antes de la llegada para saber un poco más acerca del check in y no obtuve respuesta. El mismo día del check in no me escribió e incluso si no fuera por el chico de la pizzería de abajo que sabía el código de la puerta y pudo llamar por teléfono al dueño del alojamiento, nos habríamos quedado en la calle. En booking pone que el check out es hasta las 11:00 pero sin embargo en el alojamiento indica en un papel que tenemos que hacerlo antes de las 10:30.

Tutto. Locale poco pulito e molto umido con pesanti segni di infiltrazioni e acqua che penetrava dai Velux, uno dei quali sostituito con del cellophane. La pulizia era scarsa; c’era molta polvere sulle pareti ; la chiusura di sicurezza non funzionava ; il mobile del bagno era sporco; non c’era il lenzuolo e il piumone era sporco. Le foto dell’annuncio sono senz’altro di molti anni fa; il locale non si presenta affatto in quello stato ma molto trasandato.

Ne ressemble pas aux photos. La petite penderie était absente. Il y avait des miettes sous la table basse et une bouteille d’eau entamée. Peinture écaillée, trou dans le coffrage, il manquait des carreaux à la fenêtre de la salle de bain. À la place du canapé cosy de la photo se trouvait un canapé élimé, une prise de courant se désolidarisait du mur, les ustensiles de cuisine manquent, il n’y avait qu’une petite cuillère, un couteau tordu, pas de ciseaux. Présence d’auréoles d’humidité, cloisons en mauvais état, merci pour cette ambiance Sarajevo 92. Nous avons trouvé un matin un individu endormi dans l’escalier.

Se avete fretta e dovete fermarvi per poco tempo va bene, ma pulizia e sicurezza percepita scarse.

Check-in facile e molto veloce, nessuna attesa o perdita di tempo, adatto a chi deve spostarsi rapidamente. Posizione comoda.

Porta d'ingresso leggera e poco sicura, c'era spazio attorno alla cornice e le luci automatiche delle scale continuavano ad accendersi e spegnersi, e la luce filtrava mentre dormivo. Dopodichè: lucernari rotti coperti con teli, pulizia scarsa, umidità, materasso appoggiato direttamente sul pavimento, asciugamani e lenzuola che odoravano di stantio, pulizia generale molto scarsa nell'alloggio e anche nelle scale comuni.

L’humidité de la salle d’eau est à la limite de l’insalubrité. L’hôte ne m’a pas délivré de facture, en dépit de multiples relances. Aucune possibilité de ranger les vêtements ou de les pendre (hormis aux tringles à rideau si le voyageur a penser à apporter des cintres). Coin cuisine avec équipements mais aucun torchon. Pas de télécommande pour la télévision. Digicode d’accès principal non fonctionnel. Sommier à même le sol.

No es recomendable. Sólo la zona.

Apenas me gustó nada. No esperaba encontrarme lo que hemos vivido. Lo único que me gustó el calentador de toallas del baño.

Para empezar ni un solo trato con el propietario. Todo por mensaje de booking, códigos de las puertas, cambios en esos códigos. Al tlfn que nos dejaron, no pudimos contactar. Se encuentra en un casi tercero sin ascensor. En el baño, en la bañera no puedes ponerte de pie y mido 157cm, imagínate. Los suelos muy sucios, los calcetines estaban negros de cada día. El sofá cómodo pero viejísimo. La cama con las patas medio dobladas se movía con una vuelta que te dieses, el colchón malísimo, la almohada ni siquiera levanta del colchón 2cm. Respecto a la "cocina", toda la vajilla estaba sucia, aunque claro nos dejaron lavavajillas y un estropajo que si estaba limpio par hacerlo nosotros, las tazas con marcas de uso anterior de boca y de contenido, los platos con manchas, los cubiertos con manchas, la sartén porque no quise mirar el resto con todo pegado negro, sin una salida de humo de la cocina, mas que las ventanas del sillón y la cama y lloviendo claro. Si es posible, que ponga un tostados o una sandwichera y tire la sartén esa, que no la tiré para que no me lo cobrase ni nada. La fechadura con código para cerrar no hacía nada, sólo la llave de abajo. Al menos nosotros no hemos sido capaz de que hiciese su función. En fin, París precioso, para volver, pero a este sitio no lo haré.
