Unpleasant.

The location was rather good.

The cleaning was awful. There was no toilet paper. The chairs from the photo are missing. The towels and pillowcases were not cleaned before the arrival.

A studio that fully meets a traveler’s needs, with a great location at an excellent price

Definitely a very cozy little apartment just a 2-minute walk from the metro, with an excellent price–quality ratio. For a solo traveler or even a young couple, it’s a very good choice. Inside you’ll find a stove, fridge, kettle, and coffee maker more than enough for a traveler’s needs. The location is very convenient in a safe neighborhood, the price is low, and the host is polite and unobtrusive.

The only downsides might be a leaking pipe in the bathroom and the fact that it may not be perfectly clean. However, for the price offered, these small shortcomings can easily be overlooked.

Great location

Not clean and needs some upkeep - dishes were dirty, one curtain had fallen, bathroom had some must and a hole in the wall, sofa bed and bedding was dirty, hot water was low pressure, etc.

Dirty toilet and the apartment is not the one in the photo!

The toilet was very dirty. I felt like they didn't clean properly in ages (many parts were full of musk). So, despite the bedroom being better, I really felt uncomfortable overall. Also the photos of the apartment are not what it really is, so it's really bad practice in my opinion.

pas d'eau chaude, le chauffe-eau fuyait, mauvaise odeur et salle d'eau insalubre (carreaux manquants, moisissures), une lumière fonctionnait mal, la couette et l'oreiller sentaient mauvais et étaient jaunis

La ubicación porque iba a un sitio cercano.

El estudio es muy pequeño y necesita una reforma urgente. El baño es minúsculo, le faltan algunas baldosas a la pared, el calentador de agua caliente pierde agua, había humedades en las paredes. No tiene ninguna cama, solo un sofá cama. El acceso es con código, y pese a decirme que me enviarían los detalles con antelación, tuve que llamar cuando llegué a la puerta. No esperes tampoco recibir una factura sin reclamarla varias veces.

All’arrivo ho dovuto lottare con i topi che intralciavano l’ingresso. Mancava l’asciugacapelli, l’ho chiesto al proprietario, ma é diventato irreperibile.

La posizione sicuramente ottima a pochi metri dalla stazione Glaciere della metro 6

Scarsa pulizia, servizi igienici carenti, tavolo su cui poter mangiare assente. L ultima sera venne a trovarci anche uno scarafaggio.

PESIMO

La ubicación no mas

Nada, nadie hizo presencia. Desde el primer minuto solicité aire o un ventilador por q es verano. Insoportable estar ahí dentro. Las cafeteras sucias y una estufa qué jamás sirvió. Solicite por WhatsApp y mensaje interno al encargado mis preguntas y nadie jamás atendió Huele mal siempre. Lo único bueno es la ubicación.

Il n'y a pas de bagagerie contrairement à ce qu'il est marqué dans l'annonce, il faut se débrouiller autrement

Tout s’est bien passé !

Studio très bien placé à 2mn à pied du métro 6, pas bruyant car les fenêtres ne sont pas exposées côté rue, équipement nécessaire à disposition. Système de code porte très pratique. Quelques petits points négatifs : lumière plafonnier de la pièce principale l’ampoule est grillée en revanche deux lampes sont présentes pour palier à ça, les toilettes n’avaient pas été nettoyées mais les produits étaient à dispo donc je l’ai fait et la douche était bouchée. Je n’ai fait que deux nuits donc je ne m’en suis pas formalisée car à ce prix d’autres logements auraient été catastrophiques et/ou mal placés. Au final bon rapport qualité / prix et recommandé pour de cours séjour pour 1 ou 2 personnes max.
