Definitely a very cozy little apartment just a 2-minute walk from the metro, with an excellent price–quality ratio.
For a solo traveler or even a young couple, it’s a very good choice.
Inside you’ll find a stove, fridge, kettle, and coffee maker more than enough for a traveler’s needs.
The location is very convenient in a safe neighborhood, the price is low, and the host is polite and unobtrusive.
The only downsides might be a leaking pipe in the bathroom and the fact that it may not be perfectly clean. However, for the price offered, these small shortcomings can easily be overlooked.

Studio très bien placé à 2mn à pied du métro 6, pas bruyant car les fenêtres ne sont pas exposées côté rue, équipement nécessaire à disposition. Système de code porte très pratique. Quelques petits points négatifs : lumière plafonnier de la pièce principale l’ampoule est grillée en revanche deux lampes sont présentes pour palier à ça, les toilettes n’avaient pas été nettoyées mais les produits étaient à dispo donc je l’ai fait et la douche était bouchée. Je n’ai fait que deux nuits donc je ne m’en suis pas formalisée car à ce prix d’autres logements auraient été catastrophiques et/ou mal placés.
Au final bon rapport qualité / prix et recommandé pour de cours séjour pour 1 ou 2 personnes max.

La posizione sicuramente ottima a pochi metri dalla stazione Glaciere della metro 6
Scarsa pulizia, servizi igienici carenti, tavolo su cui poter mangiare assente. L ultima sera venne a trovarci anche uno scarafaggio.
