Photos are accurate: this is a small studio apartment right in the center of Paris (1st arrondissement). Features queen bed, lots of closet space, vacuum cleaner, hangers, linens, desk with TV & free wifi, bathroom with shower & clothes washer, mini-kitchen with refrig & freezer, induction stove, sink & drying racks, pots & pans, utensils & dishes; also drip coffeemaker, elec kettle & fan. Host is very nice, super responsive to Qs about how to use appliances (even though host explained and demonstrated everything, I’d forgotten some of the explanation and had to re-ask). Apartment very clean, super-secure. Super-close to RER & Metro. I walked everywhere within a roughly 2-mile radius. Grocery store around the corner. Host (thankfully for me) spoke English, as my French was ridiculously elementary! Would stay there again. Only warning: there are 18 steps to the initial landing, then 54 more narrow ones to the apartment, so hauling heavy luggage was a challenge for me, but boy, am I in better shape now! Lol.
