Location was amazing, good size and good array of features
Not clean (hair in shower and sheets).
Asked for additional pillows to be told maybe tomorrow and hung up phone.
Shower cannot be adjusted for heat.
Bed was horrible with iron burnt sheets

Location and the studio itself are excellent (for example, the shower is exceptionally good in Paris standards). You are 10 minutes walk from RER Chatelet-Les Halles, from which you have direct RER lines to both airports (but RER B might be closed for construction works during certain days in July-August). You are also about 15 minutes walk from Notre-Dame and place de Vogues. I had to leave earlier than 8am, indicated in the description of the earliest checkout time, and it was easily arranged. Garbage bags are under the sink.
Tenants should be aware that the studio is located at the fourth floor without elevator, but I was aware and for me it does not cause any trouble. There is a washing machine and Nespresso machine, but bring capsuls with you if you want to use any of them.

This place is amazing if you don't mind steps as it is located on the 4th floor in a fabulous Parisian building.
The location could not be better - close to many, many of the city's points of interest and the ones that are not close are reachable by the many busses and metro stations nearby.
The apartment is clean, there's complimentary coffee and towels are provided.
It's extremely spacious for Paris.
Check-in was easy and communication with the host was pleasant and without any issues.
I loved this place!
The only thing missing was soap.
