Amazing place, amazing view thank you for everthing!

I was happy looking out the window because I could see the Eiffel Tower, and the fact that it was six stories high made us feel Parisian despite our suitcases, so we didn't worry about it at all.

Having the toilet inside the shower is bad, but understandable, it's an old apartment building. I think it would definitely turn into a nicer room with better furniture, and it does need a bit of cleaning.

Not recommended!

Take care about the comments. Zero quality of attention. The worst part: the host. Totally unfriendly, unprofessional, and unhelpful. This place ruined our experience, I would never recommend it.

A unique stay in the Latin Quarter of Paris with access to all of Paris.

Fabulous and vibrant location with a view of the Eiffel Tower. A short walking distance to Notre Dame, the Metro, Louvre, sidewalk cafes, markets and so much more.

Not a dislike but it is on the sixth floor without an elevator and the private bathroom is off the main hall.

Nice view, but they charge €37,50 outside from booking.

The location is the best thing for this accommodation. U can go by walking in all the tourist places around.

The day that I was almost arriving, they sent message asking for me to pay € 37,50, for tax. The woman was very polite, but she said that is not a scam, that it’s wrote on the booking about paying taxes outside from the booking. But they could inform me about this earlier, cause I made 1 week early the reservation. I payed, cause I didn’t have other choice, and than they sent message to me how to pick up the key. The room it’s on the 6 floor, and don’t have elevator, but the view it’s amazing. The room needs a new paiting on the wall, cause looks dirty.

Good for price with great location

First of all the location is great. It took me about 7 minutes walking to Notre-Dame De Paris. In 2 minutes walking, there is a bus stop, Cluny , bus #86 will drive you directly to the Eiffel Tower. Also, a metro station Cluny( line M10) is down the street. The apartment itself is small but comfy, you'll have a fridge, microwave and kettle, it's enough for a couple of days. The price in comparison with quality is good.

The bathroom is not inside the room. it's next to the room in the hall. Wi-Fi was a bit poor. And the stairs, the endless srairs, it's a challenge for one's physical shape 😂. Also, I was a but confused finding the right door for the stairs, so I'll upload a photo

Not recommend for this price

Just location

6th floor without elevator. The bathroom is the one on floor. We sheared the bathroom with the workers,that did a big mess in our toilet also they were coming very early so we couldn’t have enough sleep and they making noises every day from the early morning since 9 am. The owner didn’t respond to any of my messages and also nobody for the whole 5 days cleaned our room.Also the sheets on the bed was dirty and we cleaned them ourselves at the laundry.

Die Lage war toll

Bis zum Tag der Ankunft erhielten wir keinerlei Informationen zur Schlüsselübergabe. Erst nach einer E-Mail sowie mehreren Anrufen unter der angegebenen Telefonnummer nahm schließlich jemand den Anruf entgegen. Diese Person bat mich, mein Anliegen schriftlich per WhatsApp zu senden. Kurz darauf wurde ich aufgefordert, mich bei einer weiteren Person über WhatsApp zu melden – ein sehr unprofessioneller Ablauf. Die zuständige Frau verlangte zunächst eine Kopie meines Reisepasses sowie die Bezahlung der Kurtaxe, die ausschließlich per Kreditkarte möglich war. Aufgrund der unklaren Kommunikation und der ungewöhnlichen Vorgehensweise war für mich nicht ersichtlich, ob es sich um einen Betrugsversuch handeln könnte. Dennoch habe ich die geforderten Unterlagen übermittelt und die Zahlung vorgenommen. Erst danach erhielt ich die Informationen zum Zugang zur Unterkunft. (Die gesamte Kommunikation über Whatsapp) Zum angegebenen Check-in-Zeitpunkt 15:00 im Apartment angekommen, war das Zimmer nicht bezugsbereit. Wir mussten weitere 30 Minuten in der Stadt warten. Zimmer/Ausstattung: Das Zimmer war kalt. Das Badezimmer befand sich im Flur und musste mit anderen Gästen auf derselben Etage geteilt werden. Der Zustand des Badezimmers war sehr schlecht und entsprach in keiner Weise den auf den Bildern dargestellten Gegebenheiten.

Elég kicsi szoba, külön a folyosóról nyíló fürdőszoba, amely kicsi. Zuhanyozópapucs feltétlen szükséges, mert a WC csésze es a zuhanyozo terület nagyon közel van egymáshoz. Van elválasztó függöny, és rendben le folyik a víz, de akkor is jobb érzés papucsban állni ott.

Fijne locatie met prachtig uitzicht en prima verblijf

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad! Het appartement ligt op een goede locatie met een mooi uitzicht op de Eiffeltoren. Het contact met de eigenaar verliep soepel en prettig. Alles was zoals beschreven: het appartement was netjes en comfortabel. De badkamer was apart van de slaapkamer, maar dat vonden wij geen probleem. Het appartement ligt op de 6e verdieping zonder lift, maar dat was voor ons (jong en fit) prima te doen. Het gebouw is wat gehorig, maar we hebben geen overlast ervaren. Al met al een aanrader!

lo unico bueno del alojamiento es la ubicacion

no esta equipado para dos personas, faltan platos, tazas, una sola sabana, no tenia mantas ni cobertores, pese a pasar un dia de -6°, el servicio de internet es pesimo, el baño es compartido (que no lo ponen en el aviso) y tenes que subir 6 pisos por escalera (que tampoco lo anuncian en el aviso) y la habitacion tiene una gran mancha de humedad sobre los toma corriente

Bonne situation géographique pour un court séjour dans Paris.

Très bonne situation géographique dans le quartier latin. Chambre lumineuse. Belle vue sur les toits de Paris et sur la tour Eiffel. Proximité de commerces divers et variés. Hôte très réactif et joignable sans problème.

Deux contraintes : sixième étage sans ascenseur et une salle de bain qui ne communique pas directement avec la chambre (sur le palier).
