La ubicación cerca de restaurantes y acceso a medios de locomoción. Departamento cómodo en primer piso por escaleras.
Tardamos un poco en poder entrar al departamento. Faltaban algunos utensilios de cocina. Sin aire acondicionado

The location was perfect, full of nice small good restaurants around and we walk to Paris main attractions and neighborhoods. The studio is relatively large so you don’t feel claustrophobic. When the windows are closed it’s very quiet even though you’re on a busy street
We stayed for a month and there were a few very hot days in Paris and the apartment doesn’t have A/C so it was very hot inside as well. I suggest they install a ceiling fan or provide a larger silent fan. I also suggest they provide some basic stuff such as soap at check in time.

Location, location, location!! I could easily walk to the Seine, to Notre Dame to St Michel, to st Germaine and all of the great brasseries and patisseries! The perfect metro stop was right there. The studio was a perfect size and very comfortable!! Just one flight up.

It was a pleasant studio flat in a lovely part of Paris
This place can be noisy, I would choose a quieter road to stay on if here in summer, the refuge collectors make a lot of noise very early in the morning not to mention the late night revellers passing by
