Good location and clean but stairs were a killer!

Clean and handy location of you like being in the thick of it.

Very noisy and no fans for hot days so you have to leave the windows open and put up with the loud drinkers

Good apartment. Disappointing host.

The location is superb. The house is newly renovated and quite clean.

I am to be very honest about the place. I love the location and the house itself, but the shortfalls are very obvious too : 1. The building itself is very old - >>There is no elevator, the house is on 4th floor >>the stairs themselves are old, narrow and shaky. >>The building throw and keep the rubbish from all residence inside the building on ground floor and the rubbish are not taken away on a daily basis. So in warm summer days, it really really stinks…it you bear all above 2. The host seems really inexperienced - >>we are three persons coming and this were informed to the host when the booking was made. When we arrived, the sofa bed was not prepared and we had to make the bed and linen by ourselves >>only 1 full set of keys were provided and many many steps using various keys and beeps to open the door. That means, if you come in group, all of you more or less need to follow the same agenda coming back to the place, otherwise you would have people going down just to open doors for people 3. Lastly it was an incident we had when checking out. While we admit that the host asked us to leave the keys in the mailbox where we got them in the first place, we forgot doing it when we actually checkout. We made many apologies about it. The host was furious and send us a link to pay 150 EURs for him to find a locker man to open the doors… it is quite amazing (and amusing) that a host depends fully upon the collaboration level and memory of all his guests and not have any spare keys with himself. Oh wait no issue, he could fine you 150euros if not do as ordered.

Centrally located and clean

The apartment was in the great location, in the city centre, close to all landmarks / restaurants and in the same time really quiet for a goodnight sleap. The impression is that it was refurbissheed. It was impecably clean. Bed in the bedroom was comfortable.

There was only one mirror in the whole apartment (in the bathroom) and it wasn't enough for three girls. There was no shelf in the shower for soap, gel, shampoo. There were no hangees for towels in the bathroom. Bed in the living room wasn't comfortable and should be changed.

1. 雖然訂房就知道沒電梯，但是在老舊的旋轉樓梯搬運行李箱真的很考驗體力。 2. 儲熱式的熱水器，如果連續三個人洗澡，必須注意省水，不然第三人洗到一半就沒熱水了。 3. 無法搜尋到業者提供的wifi。
